I’m Ben. I’ve spent more than 20 years in and around recruitment and started StellarCVs in 2011. Nowadays, I help people make sense of their experience, put it into words and work out how to approach their next move.

What motivates me is seeing something change for someone. They get clearer about what matters to them, recognise something they’d overlooked or take a step they’d been putting off. Every client is different, and so is the support they need. We start with a conversation and work it out from there.
